Adhering to a set of established rules and principles, the Cell ensures effective interaction with various schools. Its responsibilities include:

• Preparing the annual recruitment schedule.
• Inviting schools for pre-placement talks on campus.
• Overseeing the final placement process.
• Following up until the completion of the recruitment cycle.
