The Mentor-Mentee dichotomy is carved in such a fashion that the Mentor establishes a strong relationship with the Mentee in multiple roles as a caring parent, intelligent guide and affectionate companion. The mentor-mentee ratio is 1:25 . The working of the course involves dedicated instructors who guide students through the learning process, providing feedback and support to help them improve their language skills. Assessment methods, such as quizzes, assignments, and possibly examinations, are likely used to track progress and evaluate proficiency levels. Overall, the course aims to empower students with essential English language skills necessary for academic success and effective communication in professional settings. It emphasizes practical application and skill development to ensure that students gain confidence and competence in using the English language.
