The college has established Grievance Redressal Cell as per guidelines of University Grants Commission,New Delhi.The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student.The Grievances cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with agenuine grievance may approach the members inperson, or in consultation with in-charge Student's Grievance Cell.In case the person is unwilling to appear inself,grievances may be dropped in writingat thesuggestion or complaint box of the Grievance Cell. Grievance may also be sent through e-mail to the Coordinator of the Cell.

Objectives
A Grievance Cell is constituted for the timely redressal of the problems reported by the studentsofthe collegewith thefollowingobjectives:
• To maintain a fair, unbiased and consistent system of various issues faced by the students.
• Encouragingthestudentstoexpresstheirgrievances/problemsfreelyandfrankly,without anyfear of being victimized.
• Suggestion or Complaint Box isinstalled in the college, inwhich the students,who wanttoremain anonymous, put in writing their grievances and their suggestions forimprovingtheAcademics/ Administration in thecollege.
• Advising students of the college to respect the right and dignity of one another and showutmostrestraint and patiencewheneveranyoccasion ofrift arises.
• To ascertain the immediate and an appropriate action to address grievances via members of Grievance Redressal Cell, other faculty or by requesting the management.
• Advisingallstaffmemberstobeaffectionatetothestudentsandnotbehaveinavindictivemanner towards anyof them foranyreason.

Procedure
The cell deals with Grievances received in writing from the students about any of the following manner:
• Academic Matters: Related to methodology, change of section, issue of duplicate DMCs, late results cases, incorrect parents name or surname, issue and return of books for a semester and other examination related matters.
• Financial Matters: Related to dues and payments.
• Other Matters: Related to infrastructure, misgivings about condition of sanitation, preparation of food or other items in the canteen, transportation, victimization by teachers, sudden requirement of leaves due to some unavoidable circumstances.

Procedureforlodgingcomplaint
• Thestudentsmayfeelfreetoputupagrievancein written format and drop into the suggestion Box or Complaint Box.
• TheGrievance Redressal Cellwillactupongenuine caseswhichhavebeenforwardedalongwiththe necessarydocuments.
• TheGrievance Redressal Cellwillassure thatthegrievancehasbeenproperlysolvedina given time sttpan provided bythecell.
• Students can also register their grievancesthrough e-mail.
