The minimum attendance requirement is75% in each semester; however attendance marks are based on regularity of attendance. There for students must attain 100% attendance in the class.
Punctuality is an excellent habit and need to be inculcated. Let punctuality be our motto. The students must attend classes regularly and on time. Late entry in the class is forbidden except with the special permission from HOD.
There is institute disciplinary committee which deals with the cases of volition in institute rules, regulations and policies. After due deliberation and investigation the disciplinary committee recommends penalties foe volition which may include suspension fine and expulsion..
Counseling for the students of the institute is provided with the help of appointment facility counselors who help in resolving their grievances academics as well as personal. If need arises, their parents/guardians are also consulted.
The institute provides a healthy environment to enrich mental, cultural and physical potential of the students in an attempt to make them professionally strong. Various academic club and societies and extra function in the institute, look after the co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
SGNDET: has a first-aid room in the institute premises. All the students are required to get their medical examination done at the time of joining the institute, In case of emergency, institute provides vehicle to move any students to nearby Doctor/Hospital.
Visitors are allowed only to the administrative block. Visitors will carry slip/Card during visit to the institute.
It is mandatory for the students to submit assignments and Sessional work on the time in every semester.
It is compulsory to attend all college function.
It is compulsory to give all unit test as well as theory examination as per college and university norms.
Holidays will be given according to PU as well as Punjab Government Rules.
